NEIL DEININGER

Neil Deininger began representing clients before the IRS in 1979 as a Certified Public Accountant. Neil has been practicing tax law in Central Arkansas since his graduation from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law in 1983.
In 1987, Neil started a solo practice emphasizing tax disputes and collection matters. Neil has handled IRS problems for nearly forty years.
Neil has taught numerous courses on tax collection matters to attorneys, accountants, law students, realtors, title companies, and other professionals who benefit from his areas of expertise both in Arkansas and nationally. In addition, Neil has authored numerous articles in his areas of expertise, including the preeminent authority on IRS Collection Due Process rights.
